Gerald Dittrich set up his own organization in 1981 after working in the data processing departments of different German businesses and consulting companies. He was the director of the data processing department of McKinsey & Cie from 1975 until 1980.
Axel Holzmüller joined the company in 1982 and became managing director in 1989.
Dittrich & Partner Consulting GmbH (DPC) specializes in management consultancy for the development of information processing systems.
DPC offers a regular program of training courses for the public, and both in-house and special customer-request workshops.
DPC serves as a distributor and technical support agency for two U.S. statistical software companies as well as for the major APL software houses of the U.K. and the U.S. The technical staff provides over-the-phone advice and consultancy, and organizes public and in-house training courses and information days as well as demonstrations.
